WHAT IS IT?
Yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Yoga Exercises improve circulation, stimulate the abdominal organs, and put pressure on the glandular system of the body, which can generally result in better health. Classes consist of a series of traditional yoga movements together with key breathing techniques.
Yoga is a powerful tool that has the ability to change bodies, and improve wellbeing. It can greatly increase range of motion, body alignment, flexibility and strength. Individuals can achieve inner peace, calmness and one’s sense of self.
Classes are held as beginner and Level 1, but the instructor pays keen attention to each student to make sure you are maximising your session, whilst keeping within your ability.
