Claudia is the very reason Select Health Group was established. Her motivation was based on her belief that patients in modern practices are not getting the service that they deserve.

Having worked in Occupational Health for over 14 years, Claudia relishes the challenges that come with working onsite by treating and managing work place health and safety.

It is Claudia’s belief that the physiotherapist and the patient require more time to ensure that a correct assessment is made and that the appropriate treatment is administered. Her physical size is absolutely no indication of her strength!

Having two children of her own has enabled Claudia to understand more about pregnancy and the effects that childbirth can bring to women. This experience and understanding has helped Claudia to follow her interest in women’s health, in particular the importance of the pelvic floor. Claudia loves interacting with her patients and helping them to achieve their goals.

Claudia also has an interest in manual therapy, pre/post natal care, continence, men’s health, acupuncture, general musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports therapy, pilates, chronic pain and hydrotherapy.

Claudia enjoys her personal time with family, particularly when it comes to getting outdoors and being active with her kids.

After years of treatments, Zoe found the power of yoga as it began to heal her back and transform her life. This is where her passion for Yoga began and has led her to study in Byron Bay, Bali, India, London, Hong Kong and Singapore. Zoe believes Yoga is a powerful transformation tool that has the ability to change and improve bodies. Throughout her learning and travels, Zoe has had the opportunity to learn and practice a variety of Yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, Iyengar and Hatha. Her classes at Select Health Group mainly consist of Power Vinyasa styles.

When she is not practicing yoga you can expect to find Zoe spending time with her friends, family and her dogs, especially down the beach, and generally spending time outdoors.

“My classes are both strong and dynamic; I ask my students to look inwards and for internal strength. The goal is for students to connect with themselves on the mat. I encourage individuals to get in tune with their own bodies and dedicate their practice to their individual needs.” Zoe
